      The $180M Tailings and Brine Management Project was the basis for the Integrated Tailings, Water and Closure Project for the Ranger Uranium Mine. In my role as Engineering and Operational Readiness Manager, I lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineering and science specialists responsible for the engineering deliverables of the selection and definition phases of the project. This included the preparation of reports and presentations to Rio Tinto’s Global Technical Evaluation Group and Business Evaluation Department (TEG and BED respectively) at each FEL phase tollgate. Having successfully led the engineering through TEG and BED’s feasibility tollgate, I continued to lead the execution phase including the engineering construction phase deliverables in addition to leading supply package procurement, commissioning and operational readiness activities.
