Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties supporting the Occupational Health Program (OHP) and Industrial Hygiene Program (IHP). Serves as administrative assistant to the OHP and IHP. Maintains automated data management tracking system for storing historical data, monitoring fiscal expenditures, and compiling statistical summaries. Processes and provides documents for customers as required. Prepares monthly summaries of work performed. Assists with preparation for staff assistance visits, command briefings, and other planning or preparation responsibilities. Prepares and forwards reports the consultants. Provides word processing support for the Occupational Health Nurse and IH coordinator. Processes reports, memoranda and correspondence within the scope of daily mission requirements. Assists in the arrangement, set up, composition and preparation of written materials including administrative reports, military letters, memoranda and other military correspondence.Assists IH in performing industrial hygiene workplace monitoring to evaluate occupational noise exposures and monitoring for airborne contaminants.
