Kelly is a gem. She is super conscientious, has a can-do attitude, is lovely, fun, and ethical. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Kelly was a key partner to me in growing the Cooper Professional Education business for many years, through many distinct phases of growth (2 acquisitions and scaling our services to 10 countries). She initially moved over to my team from the design consulting sales team, and I was so impressed how quickly she learned the ins and outs of our products, audience, and sales approach. We immediately saw a significant impact on revenue. She was then integral to a key shift we made from selling one-off classes to expanding into coaching services and multi-faceted learning programs -- helping us define those new services, test the market for them through conversations with clients and prospects, and identify how how we should iterate on those services based upon client feedback. When we later expanded our services to 14 Designit studios around the world, Kelly created a sales playbook, trained the business leaders in each studio in our sales approach, and provided a great deal of support and mentorship as they figured out how to sell education services in their markets. When COVID-19 had a sudden, dramatic impact on our business, she jumped right into figuring out how to launch and sell new remote products and was able to significantly turn our business around within months. Lastly, as our team matured, she pushed us to evolve our business practices, leveraging metrics and data more effectively to guide our decision-making. I credit her with much of the success and growth of our business. Kelly is also an incredible colleague. She listens deeply to uncover what people need, what challenges they face, and what they are really asking for -- whether colleague, client, prospect, executive, or manager -- and uses that information to inform her approach from there. This is invaluable in business development (it means she's very savvy about people at all levels), but it's also a gift within a team because it means her advice, perspective, and ideas are always very well-informed and tailored to her audience so that they can hear and leverage it. I trust her implicitly, which is not a statement I make lightly. I knew I could count on her to tell me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear, something I valued highly as leader of our team. She's ethical, she's committed to doing great work, she's continuously working on her own growth and development, and she is motivated by opportunities to provide meaningful impact and value. I'm so happy I had the chance to work alongside her, I'd hire her again in a second, and I know that she will be highly valued wherever she lands next.
