  Outreach Services (ORS) cares for our community through a series of tiered approaches and services to provide support beyond our hospice walls and within patients own home. Our role is to assist, engage and enable patients to live well and to stay connected. We aim to provide advice, support and specialist management for patients, and carers, who have been affected by a life-limiting illness. Our focus is on promoting wellbeing and rehabilitation to enable patients to live well.
