  As a NSW Retail Leasing Executive, I was responsible for the infill leasing of Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre (140 stores), Chullora Marketplace (50 stores) and City Plaza in Tamworth (39 stores) as well as the project and infill leasing of Campbelltown Mall (100 stores), through the 2003 development and ongoing. My key responsibilities were: • Conducting market rent reviews where applicable. • Negotiating new leases with existing tenants. • Canvassing of prospective tenants. • Securing new tenants and negotiating their leases to maximise returns to the owner of shopping centre. • Identifying opportunities for rental growth or additional income. • Retail planning to ensure an appropriate retail mix is secured and maintained which satisfies expectations of customers. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers - tenants and non-tenants, national chains and individuals. • Seeking new leasing opportunities for FPD Savills/Byvan. • Management and forecasting of the centres income budget. • Maintaining a database of retailers.
