worked with Kelly Costello for many years within the prison service. While working with her is managed a PICTA classroom. This involved managing all aspects of the learning environment, keeping it secure due to the nature of the environment but also checking the welfare of both staff and prisoners within her care. She had to keep track of any issues within the wider prison, leasing with the wing officers as well as other tutors to make sure no issues were bought into the classroom.
