Bio
Katherine Kaffka, LCSW
I have had the pleasure of working with Kelly in our time together at the EFNC. She consistently showed a drive and passion for strategy and process improvement that turned around the organization, far exceeding our previous vision or expectations. She implemented new programs and improved many internal processes related to program management and organizational expansion. Kelly led key efforts to bring new resources to individuals and families in our community. She was never afraid to put in long hours of work needed to meet aggressive goals and objectives within short timeframes. Kelly was also focused on enhancing strategic improvements for organizational advancement, development, relationship building, volunteer management and program implementation. And Kelly truly cares about the people she works with and each individual she supports in the community she is serving. She channels that care into her creative problem-solving, thoughtful and effective leadership and the challenges that get presented to her in whatever organization she is in regardless of the position she is in. It was a pleasure working with her during our time together at the EFNC.
