Kelly is one of the most competent employees I have been associated with in my 30 year finance career. Her academic career/GPA was stellar, her work habits were rigorous over our 12 years together, and her attention to detail was very strong. For example, any written product leaving our firm was reviewed by Kelly beforehand. Kelly was involved as an investment banker working on complex mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raises. In addition, when we started our firm (Donnelly Penman) Kelly acted as the lead operations officer in all aspects of starting the firm including real estate, insurance, employee benefit plans, marketing, adverstising, Technology, office management and regulatory relations.
