I originally hired Kelly as a junior consultant without sector or Industry experience. She moved through the ranks with great speed and eventually ran our Northern office producing impressive results year after year. Kelly is a hands on manager with a real ' can do ' attitude. She has grown a number of revenue streams in challenging market conditions and has a clear understanding of maximising performance to get results. Given the opportunity I would hire her tomorrow !
