      Establish and build program plans, milestones and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).  Prepare and brief presentations for the monthly Program Management Review (PMR) for senior leadership and customers.  Provide strategic direction to the team and set program goals. Lead program review sessions and weekly IPT meetings to direct the cross-functional team members in regards to schedule, cost, and performance.  Direct the work of employees assigned to the program for technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Prepare and negotiate contracts with legal and contracting officers for customers.  Working with legal departments within our company and others on creating license agreements.  Create program directives/procedures to benefit the entire program operations.  Maintain the Labor Tracking System (LTS). Reviewed support functions’ manpower and Estimate to Completion (ETC) in LTS for accuracy and resolved any issues.  Verify and signed Project Work Authorizations (PWA) for basic and over & above efforts. Writing the program status in the weekly President’s Report. Analyze program data and verified that work completed in SAP was accurate for EVMS, schedule and program controls to monitor financial performance. Review burn rates, ETC’s, EAC, % Complete and CPI weekly and tracked to contract value (CV) versus Actuals.  Proposal preparation, statements of work (SOW) and request for proposal (RFP), defining specifications and getting estimates of product and service costs. Ensured all support functions/departments provide a basis of estimate (BOE). Establish program metrics to be used for aircraft briefings to solve daily issues and track aircraft status. Hold Lessons Learned events after aircraft delivery for the IPT to ensure team/program effectiveness for future aircraft.
