I can’t recommend Kelly highly enough. She’s extraordinarily diligent, proactive, dynamic, and thoughtful in how she partners with executives to set them up for success. She flourishes in fast-paced environments and is able to cut through chaos—with calm—to create structure. And critically, she’s a wonderful person who became a culture bearer in our organization and key voice shaping initiatives beyond her official remit. I would hire Kelly again in a heartbeat.
