      Developed and coordinated an Emergency Operations Project for United States Army Garrison Italy to create an Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC). An EFAC is an emergency recovery services location for the roughly 20,000 American soldiers, civilians, and family members located across five military installations in northern Italy. Built collaborative relationships with a multitude of military officials, on-base civilian officials, local Italian agencies, and American non-profits to create a collaborative whole community approach to response and recovery. Instructed staff and EFAC community affiliates on their roles and responsibilities through both classroom and hands-on training over a week-long conference.
