Arianna Agramonte Holterman

Kellie and I worked together in University Housing. It was a joy to work with her. She was passionate about creating positive student experiences and she developed collaborative relationships across the department to help us serve students better. After she changed roles we continued to work together on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts on campus as training facilitators for Five Days for Change and the Racial Justice Ally Program. Kellie is an educator and utilizes her strong organization and communication skills to achieve the learning objectives of each program. For these reasons I believe that she would improve any team lucky enough to benefit from her knowledge, skills, and experiences.

Kellie epitomizes the ideal higher education professional. Her tactfulness, dedication, and creativity in supporting Illinois students as they navigated their housing needs were second to none! I knew that I could refer a student to her and they they would receive the utmost care & genuineness to guide them to the best decision for themselves. Undoubtedly, Kellie has brought this same approach to her work at WILL-TV as the Assistant Director of Education Outreach & Professional Development to great effect. She is an asset to any team that has the privilege of adding her.
