I had the pleasure of working along side Kelli Rai for a major software deployment for the Retail Environment Group (REG) at Harley-Davidson Motor Company that improved overall Dealership Design and Floor Plan Development. Kelli Rai was the Business Project Manager while I was in the Information Systems Project Manager for this effort. Kelli Rai was very detail oriented in leading the process from conceptual design, budgetary acquisition and delivery of the project. She coordinated the contact with external Business Software Supplier and the REG Team Members for the training and on going support needed for the software being deployed. Additionally, she was the face of Harley-Davidson with the external Business Software Supplier ensuring software upgrades were properly provided by the supplier as well as coordinating additional training sessions as needed for the new features of the software.

I worked with Kelli Rai at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Kelli Rai is professional, has a high energy level, an excellent presenter and I contribute much of my success at Harley-Davidson to her teaching and training. When given a project, she follows it up until it’s completed successfully. Kelli Rai is very personal, friendly and has excellent relationship building skills. When I needed something, she was always there for me with a smile and an answer. Kelli Rai is an asset to any organization.
