I am responsible for managing and improving systems to ensure efficiencies. Research and make recommendations on new devices and technologies. • Coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing projects from creation to implementation to delivery. • Facilitate vendor management, employee benefit programs, and contract negotiation, including IT, Payroll, 401K, Health Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, Business Insurance, Bank, and Office Equipment and Supplies. Review and negotiate contracts. • Handle private pay sales and client sales, including but not limited to requests for proposals. • Maintain and build client relationships with corporate HR business partners. • Ensures compliance with required labor law postings and personnel policies and procedures. • Collects and maintains personnel file documentation. • Manage the in and out process of partner referrals while building relationships with CPI Partners. • Processes and track engagement, ensure status reports are current and completed and services are being delivered to support business goals and objectives.
