      In 1993, Kelley founded McNeill Multimedia, Inc. and later changed the name of her company to CEREDIGM Corporation. By 1995, her company had designed 2 interactive multimedia titles: AC Theory and Rectifiers and Filters and produced 15 classroom courses and 3 instructional videos for Nortel. In 1995, CEREDIGM was awarded a half-million dollar contract by ITC to produce 12 interactive multimedia-training titles to teach OSHA regulations. Later than year, the CEREDIGM team created 16 multimedia training CDs, containing 46 courses for the Midwest Gas Association and five courses in the Electrical Series for ITC.In October of 1997, Kelley McNeill, as Principal Investigator, was awarded $100,000 in Phase I of a SBIR grant from the National Cancer Institute to produce an animated, interactive, CD-ROM to teach first-grade nutrition and to conduct research into the efficacy of multimedia-based education in schools. Baxter’s Kitchen won numerous awards for design, art and animation. Between 1998 and 2000, CEREDIGM was awarded more than $1,000,000 in contracts to produce 50 Information Technology courses including, Cisco Router Configuration, OSPF, BGP and Nortel Switch Configuration, and others for Global Knowledge. For Harcourt-Brace, CEREDIGM designed 9 interactive, eLearning modules for grades K-3 on nutrition education, bike safety, dental hygiene, dental biology, sensory perception, caffeine awareness, emotional development, and self-respect.In 2001, CEREDIGM produced 5 industrial engineering titles for ISA’s Understanding Distributed (DCS) Processor Systems.       In 1987, Kelley moved to Raleigh to accept the position of Communications Director for the North Carolina Division of the American Cancer Society, (ACS). During this time, Kelley managed all internal and external communications and training efforts of the NC Division. This included management of volunteers and production of annual reports, newsletters, and media training symposiums. She also managed the statewide, toll-free Cancer Response System telephone hotline. While Communications Director, Kelley produced numerous radio, and television public service announcements as well as two public relations documentaries and a breast cancer detection training video for North Carolina oncology nurses.Her documentary, The American Cancer Society in North Carolina, won first place in the North Carolina Press Club Communications Contest and went on to receive Honorable Mention in the National Federation of Press Women's National Communications Competition. After leaving the ACS, Kelley remained involved in the organization on a volunteer basis as statewide Chairman of the ACS Public Relations Committee from 1989-1991
