Grant writing: Chosen as one of 11 out of 75 applicants to win $8k in funding from first ever grant awarded to Grace Place. Marketing: Managed comprehensive advertising campaigns throughout the past 1.5 years using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Spotify Ads, email, print, and face-to-face marketing with large event expos. The most noteworthy result was bringing 435 kids to summer camp in 2022, a 20% increase from the previous year and 9% over our goal. Achieved over 300k reach with a combined effort of organic posts and paid ads. Leadership & Growth: Managed volunteer teams including recruiting and training new volunteers. I also led multiple marketing task forces for large events which resulted in hugely successful turnouts.
