I was hired to assist with appointments and billing for all doctors in the center, general office duties (i.e. filing, made and rescheduled appointments for patients, managed the release of patient records, etc.), and I was responsible for organizing weekly events for doctors and center and taking meeting minutes for all office meetings. While I was there I helped design new billing system for multiple doctors in the center, which helped to reduce the amount of time the staff spent on medical billing and allowed more time for patient care.
