In that time I've witnessed her grow and excel in her career and lead our organization through extraordinarily challenging shifts within our industry. Imagine being responsible for a team that manages over 250 relationships with municipalities across over 35 states, and one day having to come into work and tell that team that they have to call up every single one of these communities and tell them that we have to fundamentally change the way we provide their service to them, and make sure these relationships stay positive? That's what Keli had to do numerous times to meet the constantly changing business landscape of micromobility, and she hit it out of the park every time.
