  ECOGAS is established as an European association, recognised and accepted by EASA. Member of both the EASA Advisory Board (EAB) and the Safety Standard Consultative Committee (SSCC). These are the major industry representation bodies able to influence the EASA rule making process. Active involvement in key SSCC working groups which drive the rule changes at the practical level, prior to presentation to the EASA management board, via SSCC.
