  I have been an advocate for survivors of violence for eight years. I started out here as an active rape response volunteer in 2015. I have been a full-time employee at the Crisis Center since 2020. I have experience in suicide prevention and intervention as well and I am currently the volunteer and public awareness coordinator.

  I was a shift manager for a while. I started with rape response then moved to answering the Crisis Line. This included answering the National Suicide Hotline as well as our direct crisis line, our rape response hotline, and our PREA hotline. I also offered support for volunteers, helped monitor calls, and helped with in person advocacy for survivors.
