One of many noteworthy accomplishments Kelcey achieved as a Training Specialist was acting as the training lead for the Turnkey integration - one of Vacasa's largest acquisitions. She demonstrated meticulous organization and project management to ensure that all incoming employees were sufficiently supported as they began their new roles. She was not only responsible for facilitating training for her own learners but leading by example to make certain that all other trainers were doing the same.
