  To receive information gathered from the field and record them. These information are acquired from asking individual households questions on how they dispose off their refuse and other vital information. There are questionnaires that are outlined to follow. I also supervise them making sure they reach their targets which is 20 households per day. I also work hand in hand with a colleague who goes around to take coordinates of point of interest with a hand held GPS. I then take the GPS and download the waypoints, run it through google map to see if what he has recorded are within the expected grid given to him and do the necessary computations in excel and in an fervent PIO log sheet and forward it to the head office for further processing.
