During my time at Primo Cafe I was working in a front of house role, I was based behind the deli counter as the first point of greeting customers and welcoming people into the shop. My main role was as a Sous Chef operating the machines to ensure the timely preperation of all food orders and also maintaining the food stock. This meant ensuring that all food such as pastas and paninis were prepared and ready for service in good time. Through this role I gained time management skills and confidence working within a team to prioritise the smooth running of a shop. In addition to this, while at Primo Cafe another one of my roles was as a waiter serving food and drinks to customers and providing them with high quality service at all times and if neccesary correcting any orders or dealing with any complaints that they may have had in a timely and efficent manner.

I worked as a Kitchen assistant for Glass House in Bexley Heath, this job role involved working closely with Chefs and managers to ensure all the resturants needs were met to a high standard such as preparing starters, sorting out ingredients for the food orders and also ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness was maintained throughout the day and evening.

My responsibilities while working in Gastronomias factory involved assembling goods so that they were prepared and ready for shipment and this experience has helped me to be methodical and proactive within in the work place. Working within this factory taught me the important knowledge of health and safety within the workplace as my further responsibilities included transporting the prepared deliveries into loading vehicles via forklift, which I am licensed to operate. Through this I have learnt that it is essential to be careful and patient within the workplace to ensure the safety of both myself and colleagues.
