Singapore Gametize is the world's simplest enterprise-grade gamification platform for community engagement and advocacy. Clients use Gametize to motivate target behaviours for various purposes, such as in employees training/performance management, or consumer marketing/sales advocacy. Anyone can create a white-label web/mobile campaign in just 5 minutes, leveraging Gametize's key gamification mechanics (interactive challenges, automated feedbacks, competition and socializing, and rewards redemption), coupled with their own narratives/theme. Users can complete these fun, social challenges such as answering a trivia, post a photo, and receive feedbacks such as points, badges, before redeeming prizes such as "lunch with a celebrity" in the rewards store. Gametize is trusted by brands such as Shell, Samsung, P&G, DBS, Singtel, and Accenture, with over 20 million challenge completions by 1 Million registered users. Gametize has been endorsed by academics and research companies in reports or case studies, such as Bond University, San Jose State University, Forrester. Gametize was also selected as Singapore's 20 hottest startups in 2015 by Singapore Business Review magazine, and IBM SmartCamp (ASEAN) People's Choice Winner in 2013. We are profitable, but that doesn't stop us from innovating. With no formal job titles, every Gametize ninja has 2-3 key roles tagged instead. Gametize has two main crack squads, the Business Group and the Tech Group. I lead the business group, which really is a charge to bring the best out of talented rockstars leading multiple teams in project management, customer service, sales, and collaborations. The role of Client Engagement goes beyond consultative selling, as I also advise the client and the team actively during the project cycle. My night job as the "Office Uncle" requires butler duties and ensuring everyone gets enough ocha, nuggets, and, well, toilet rolls #truestory. Show less

Damon and I started this analytics focused company integrating gamification, social media, and crowdsourced predictions. Our first product, FameLeague (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FameLeague), was a game of predictions around the world powered by a stock exchange simulator technology (we have no idea what to do with it now). Though it acquired over 50,000 players in 3 months, it sucked mainly because we sucked too, and were too inexperienced in product design and startups + some bad advice here and there. Still, we moved on to make cool products like FameMark - a dating stock market game, and Gametize Platform, after launching apps like PremierLeagueX and WorldCupX (with more than 20,000 users each). We rebranded Socialico as Gametize, to cosmetically and conceptually focus on gametizing the world. We started developing GameMaki (know today as Gametize Platform), one of our spinoff product, from Jan 2011, and it has become the flagship product for Gametize. Show less
