I have worked with Keith as my manager for almost 7 years now. He always encourages me to be my best. He is an amazing mentor and takes the time to explain history or background of something when I have a question. This helps me to make a more educated decision the next time I encounter a similar situation. I continue to grow and learn so much about business, sales, dealing with tough situations, how to negotiate, and continue to become more confident in my work. Keith inspires me to learn something new everyday and strive to exceed my goals. Most important of all he is very supportive and reminds me to trust and believe in myself when I am in doubt.
