I worked with Keith in Grainger Global Online Business. Keith is a natural and charismatic leader with excellent communication and motivational skills. He is very commercially focussed with a strong philosophy that the customer must be central to all strategic and operational thinking. He actively seeks out contact with customers to learn from their experiences and doesn’t shy away from this at times when those conversations are difficult. Keith is primarily growth oriented, with a proven track record in growing businesses however he will act quickly and decisively where inefficiencies and costs need to be removed.
