Keith was a top-flight consultant on my team at CGI (formerly Deloitte-Touche Consulting/DRT Systems), and we worked together for multiple years. Our team was focused primarily on IT architecture and infrastructure. Keith came to the team already with a lot of technology knowledge in that space. Thankfully what he also brought to our clients in other areas was a very methodical, solution-centric approach for tackling assigned projects and tasks. He delivered that with a listen-first, customer-focused approach that really engendered confidence with all the clients he consulted to. I got to spend 2+ years actually onsite with Keith at a very large enterprise client, operating in their Center of Expertise. In no small part, some of those complex projects were as successful as they were because of Keith's contributions and diligence in coming up with viable, secure solutions, and ensuring all the preparations were thoroughly ready for production. I should share too, that particular client engagement was often high-pressure, with not-easily-impressed client stakeholders. This resulted in a number of other consultants burning out and leaving, or even being asked to leave. To his credit, Keith was asked to stay on by the client, and his assignment was extended multiple times at their request. As a teammate and supervisor, I would call out a few things that stood out in my experience working with Keith. His clients and teammates always enjoyed working with him. Every task he was assigned was handled in the most professional manner, and he always worked out a route to a successful outcome. I also don't know of anyone that wouldn't gladly have Keith back engaged with their organization in some capacity: as a team leader, consultant or individual contributor. For me, Keith falls in that sweet spot of "I'd work with that guy any time".

I know Keith because of our days with Boy Scout Troop 1102 of Houston. He stepped into the Scout Master position after the Scout Master before him had to step down. Keith was an ideal symbol for the scouts of being prepared. He was always well organized and handled the boys with tact. Keith is a great guy and is a person that individuals enjoy being around.
