Tom, Adam and I are not only very close friends, but we are also co-founders of Sausagefest. One afternoon we got chatting and we all expressed a similar interest in setting up and operating our own business. We all love working, cooking and being social. After further discussion we were able to combine all this by deciding to hit the Irish music festival scene with a food trailer. We started from scratch, from buying a food trailer, sourcing suppliers and getting all necessary permits in order to operate. Honestly we learnt the hard way with coping of operating your own business. We shared laughter, sweat and tears. They say never mix friends with business, we did and I must say it was the most fantastic experience I've ever had.
