No two retirees are in the same position and it is my job to make sure they are comfortable and understand everything from final withdrawals to banked variables which members may or may not be entitled to. In addition, I have been trained by the NYC Office of Labor Relations and Health Benefits in order to input health benefits applications. I have been tasked with training coworkers and overseeing the implementation of this program. Prior to that position I worked within the Pension Payroll division.
