Keith is a very methodical individual who is adept at making sure things have a reason and a course. As a novice IS Manager (transferred from the Operations unit), I had to rely on the expertise and professionalism of the IT personnel in the department. Keith proved to be a key individual by providing his advice and support as I learned the more technical aspects of the position. I am forever grateful for his diligence, calm and logic during the planning and execution of "Y2K". For a company whose core content was heavily date sequence dependent, this was critical, on a number of levels.
