My role consisted of ensuring patient cases moved forward through the department as they should and before certain deadlines. This required the ability to multitask and communicate efficiently. I assisted in microscope capture and karyotyping of chromosomes for the technologist to analyze. I would also troubleshoot any problems the technologist may have with a case.
