Keith is the most effective leader with whom I’ve ever worked. He brings a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of nonprofit management, anchored by a deep understanding of what it takes to motivate, strengthen, and support a workforce. He is the guru of so many topics I will hit my character limit if I list them: HR; operations; risk management; change management; facilities; capital campaigns; leadership development…. Not to mention how to get development teams and program teams to work together in alignment with a company’s overall strategic plan! Truly one of the most gifted professionals in the sector, as well as one of the most authentically kind humans you’ll ever meet. He’s also easily the most capable leader I’ve ever seen at giving someone coaching around character/professional weaknesses in a way that makes them feel uplifted and motivated afterwards…. something I know directly as the beneficiary of such mentoring, and also someone who managed others who benefited from the environment he created. I strongly endorse him as both a C-level leader and as a consultant to advise such leaders and support their projects. That is a rare combo: some leaders cannot transition to consulting and vice versa. Keith has the talent and attitude to navigate either of these domains with poise and impact.
