Selecting and collaborating with contractors, core trade contractors and other required consultants to complete projects within a defined schedule and budget.Projects include:-SFO Terminal 3 West Modernization and Expansion in San Francisco, CA - Renovate the western half of Terminal 3 and construct a building expansion that will upgrade seismic performance, replace building systems, improve passenger flow, provide a new concessions program and allow flexibility to accommodate both international and domestic flights by reconstructing necessary aircraft systems and apron pavement and building a new sterile connector to the International Terminal. Currently in the construction document development phase. This project has direct coordination with 4 concurrent projects at SFO.-SFO Plot 2 Aircraft Parking Reconfiguration and South McDonnell Road Realignment in San Francisco, CA - Realign a segment of South McDonnell Road westward (landside project) to capture additional Air Operations Area (AOA) space (airside project) to allow for larger aircraft parking at two existing terminal gates and provide additional remote aircraft gates and Remain Overnight (RON) parking spaces.
