  Technical member of the small Joint Venture team representing Dow's 50% interest in a very large ethylene plant operated by Nova Chemicals. Typical duties included the monitoring and evaluation and generating ideas that will maximize the profit of the co-ownership but at the same time protect Dow’s interests. . Daily and weekly production reports were analyzed and significant gaps are identified. Plant models were developed and used to predict performance and determine most efficient operation.
