      The CCG is a NHS organisation made up of the local GP practices for Sheffield. Responsible for planning commissioning of Sheffield’s healthcare services. The CCG work with other clinicians, healthcare professionals, patients and the public, to deliver high quality and cost effective healthcare services.Take over a failing project to deliver the new NHS Digital HSCN network service to three CCGs Sheffield, Barnsley and Bassetlaw.Project to deliver the service and migrate 147 GP Medical Centres and Practices across Yorkshire against a definitive timescale of July 2020. Prior to my arrival the project had failed to deliver. Within three weeks I had successfully restarted the deployment and set out with the third parties a new delivery plan to roll out the services to the GP sites, with minimal downtime during the busiest periods of the NHS calendar.Personally responsible for the project with reporting to the IT director, NHS Digital with plans and activates on a weekly basis.
