Ervin Cable Construction LLC is a full service CATV and Fiber Optic installation contractor with offices throughout the U.S. and is a subsidiary of Dycom Industries. I have worked as sub-contractor for parts of the organization for over 20 years either jetting fiber cable or installing complete duct systems. This knowledge of the company made my transition easy without the worry that sometimes comes with a career change from owner operator to employee. To date my skill set has been a great fit and I am excited and looking forward to my career growth I believe this new opportunity will bring.

  I began my Telecommunications Construction career working for this family owned and operated company working as a laborer. As my education and training grew over the years I was able to slowly work my way up through the company helping my father and younger brother grow what began as a three man operation in 1988 to a respected 300 employee Corporation by 1999. Winning contracts from all the major Telecom companies in the US and several Government military contracts the company became an attractive acquisition target but was finally purchased in whole by my brother and I in 2001. The company was closed in 2005 after becoming pioneers in new techniques using Directional Drilling and Fiber optic Jetting.
