Keith is a people person who listens with great interest to his clients so he can assist them with their particular situation as quickly as possible. Keith has represented clients across many areas of law and will always put his client's needs first. The relationship between client and solicitor has many layers. Essential to this is that there is trust, good communication and knowing that your solicitor will do the best for you. This is how I describe my brother Keith. I have been a legal secretary for over 35 years and have worked with Keith directly over numerous periods and currently work with with Keith on his outsourced timesheets.

I started my own firm to focus on areas that were important to me and important to others. Wills, issues associated with ageing, cognitive decline, advanced care directives ("living wills"), seniors living, helping protect assets of senior citizens and protecting them against financial and other abuse, the transferring of assets from one generation to the next, asset protection, Enduring Powers of Guardianship and Enduring Powers of Attorney. And we like to work with financial advisors and accountants to ensure a holistic solution and cover all bases.

Over 14 years previous experience including some 10 years with Adelsteins in the city before practising at Spencer Whitby. My practice at Adelsteins was general commercial in nature involving considerable litigation which included estate disputes, business disputes, disputes between directors, corporate derivative actions, construction disputes and commercial transactional work including property and commercial leasing. During my career I have done a considerable amount of advocacy including lengthy hearings of a week and longer without counsel. Before graduating I worked in the Attorney General's Department including the Local Court, the Supreme Court and what is now the Director of Public Prosecutions. What this means for you is that I have good knowledge of litigation and procedure in the courts.
