Keith was always at hand to help with improving EHS within work areas. And in the end I think the filament winding lab stood out as a good example for how an area should look. Keith's input for the heaviest filament wound job that I've done in the machine for its grand finale, made the job safer than it had been done previously by using additional engineering controls to support the weight. The machine had been massively modified in 13 years between it last doing the large endbell liners within an R&D environment. Highly recommend Keith in H&S and management roles.

Keith a is a truly excellent manager, one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with in my career. He is knowledgeable about a vast range of subjects but especially his specialties of EHS. Keith cares about people and quality and can always be guaranteed to help find the best solutions for business and people. He is willing to share his knowledge and to learn from others too and can often be found in the working environment not just sat behind a computer.
