As the Campus Pastor, I lead the satellite campus in the process of becoming an indigenous expression of the Culture and mission of the main campus. • Lead the launch of the satellite Campus by recruiting a launch team comprised of 50 Individuals. I developed the leadership structure, marketing strategy, managed the logistics, and worked to ensure that the DNA and culture of the main campus transferred to the satellite campus. • Collaborated with ministry directors to reproduce ministry at the satellite campus location. Such departments include, but are not limited to: children's, youth, worship, small groups, discipleship, and local outreach. • Developed a stable leadership structure by recruiting and raising up key leaders to oversee primary areas of the campus ministry. • Facilitate weekly meetings with paid staff to analyze the dashboard, and discuss campus goals and objectives. • Developed and managed the ministry budget for the year best on annual goals and outreach objectives. • I serve as the primary preacher/teacher for weekend services (and other key gatherings) at the satellite campus when the lead pastor’s message are not being live-streamed to the satellite campus. As an associate pastor, I worked to inspire youth and young adults to deeper levels of personal growth and social engagement. I was also responsible for creating curriculum and processes that encouraged ongoing discipleship. • Lead our Friday night youth outreach program that attracted 150 – 250 students each week. • Developed the long-term goals for our youth outreach endeavors, developed student lead ministry teams, recruited adult staff members to provide ongoing coaching for student leaders, and developed processes for assimilating new students into our community. • Developed training modules and facilitated retreats for adult volunteers – a roster of 60 adults. • I was the Primary communicator for our Sunday morning student gatherings. • Launched a young adult community gathering comprised of college-age students and served as the primary communicator for our weekly meetings. • Through creative programming, relational engagement, and relevant teaching, I grew the community from 10 – 15 regular attendees to an average weekly attendance of 60. • Developed a young adult ministry leadership team that handled logistics for our weekly gatherings helped to determine teaching series topics, and identified community service initiatives. • Initiated mentoring relationships to assist young adults in the discernment of their call and lifelong purpose. • As a member of the all-church teaching team, I taught 3- 4 times a year in the main Sunday morning gatherings that had a regular attendance of 2,500.
