Forest Enterprise England Information Services is the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) provider to Forest Enterprise England. The Information Services team provide day-to-day core services to their customers covering the full ICT management and development lifecycle. Key Work Areas Lead in the delivery of Forester Web training incorporating training needs analysis, face to face courses, webinar delivery other instruction material in conjunction with Technical Training staff. Lead in the development and delivery of other applications training materials including desktop GIS, Office products and bespoke FC systems. Lead in the development of training materials drawing on subject matter experts utilising elearning and other technologies as appropriate. Support working groups and subject matter experts for the development of new business areas and functionality. Provide technical support of GIS and Forester products as part of the service delivery team. Support GIS team activities as required. Monitor delivered training to gather and provide feedback on how the products are received and used and to improve delivery.
