  I started as a picker but within 3 months I got a job in the transport office. My keys roles are to hand out jobs to drivers on time keeping track on them via Isotrak satellite system. I have to ensure that D.O.T is 90% or more. Also we run a whiteboard system again via Isotrak keeping drivers days rigid to the plan, again having to ensure that it hits 85%. My other role is to give work to the warehouse via Denver so that they can pick and load to plan. I have just started to learn how to schedule the routes via Paragon which gives the length of days for drivers and what time to deliver to stores.
