Gary Calese, PE

I have met no better problem solver than Keith Whitcomb. His ability to leverage meager resources against an insurmountable task, and achieve success, are unmatched. I have studied this science for over 30 years, and have seen its practitioners from top to bottom of the Defense and Corporate ladder. Keith has no peer in this arena. He is also my highest regarded inspirational leader both in and out of uniform. He is my example, and my touchstone for this art form since I met him in 2007. His ability to unlock discretionary effort and inspire a team to succeed in the face of real danger is consummate. No matter what your organization does, it will do it better with Keith Whitcomb on board.

Keith is a tremendous programs and project manager. I would hire him in an instant. He has a wonderful ability to understand the big picture/overall mission while expertly handling the details as well. Every task he ever took on he accomplished with superior results. Keith is a highly motivated self-starter, simply give him an objective then get out of his way. As a leader Keith really knows how to care for his subordinates. He is a caring coach who demands results but will do all he can to help subordinates who need it. He has a knack for putting the right subordinates in the job that best fits them. Keith would be an amazing addition to any team that takes him on.

Their own experiences inspired them to ensure our nation’s heroes have access to the high level of support and resources they deserve. Today, we ask people to stand up for heroes so that we can find, fund, and shape innovative programs that help our impacted veterans, service members and their families thrive.
