Keith was a coworker of mine at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. I was fortunate enough to work with him for about 2 years on the apparel side for the Functional Riding Gear Team. It was such a pleasure! I found Keith to be an extremely creative Graphic Designer. I was consistently impressed with his artistic skillset. Especially his hand drawn illustrations. Many times he would place them up on a visionary board near our cubicles which I found, as a Designer myself, to be very inspiring. Another fantastic quality of Keith’s is his personality. It’s warm and humorous. This was contagious and great to have around because it always improved the mood in the office. Lastly, I found Keith to be a great Mentor. Whenever I had questions he was more than willing to take the time to teach and brainstorm. As a younger person in the Industry it's Mentors like him that help you grow. I genuinely found Keith to be a great team player and would highly recommend him for any future positions he decides to pursue!

I have worked with Keith extensively at Harley-Davidson both when he was on my cross-functional Riding Gear team as Graphic Designer as well as more recently when I recruited him to join my Global Licensing team. Keith is one of the most versatile, values-driven and team-oriented individuals I have had the pleasure to work with. His graphic designs for Riding Gear were consistently grounded in Voice of Customer balanced with Market Trend relevance. When an obstacle surfaced, Keith demonstrated great leadership by influencing the team to partner creatively and deliver an effective and successful solution. Keith’s iconic graphic designs for premium Arai helmets for Harley-Davidson drove significant growth for the category within the first year and delighted customers in our international and premium North America markets. In his more recent role as Associate Product Manager for Licensing Keith leveraged his talents in brand management and graphic design to elevate the global licensed product offering in tandem with category managers through efficient product approval processes. His positive solutions-oriented approach makes him a trusted partner in the team as well as with key internal and external stakeholders such as District Managers and the dealer network. I wish Keith all great success in his career. He is a genuine asset!
