Keith is truly a rare gem of a marketer - he has the performance marketing chops to plan and oversee complex omnichannel campaigns across many verticals and partners, effortlessly manage partner relationships, and also brings a creative background that makes for a very well-rounded and formidable skillset. But outside of hard skills, it’s the soft skills that take Keith from an excellent marketer to a great leader. In our time working together on the Category Marketing team at Adorama, I saw how effective he is at proposing new ideas and training new team members. We had a record number of applicants, whom I aided in interviewing & hiring. In preparation for the incoming students, I was responsible for running Orientation Leader training. I completed Fall Orientation and met with the other Staff members to evaluate the process and to see how we could improve it for next year.
