I had the pleasure of reporting to Keith from 2010 to 2013. I was always in awe of his ability to command the room and get people on board with new ways of thinking and completing tasks. He prided himself in improving his team's skills thus many of his team members often were promoted to higher level position within the company. He changed what was for many years a micro-manged department to an atmosphere of renewed optimism and success.
