  Served as the Assistant Regional Director in TBT 2023’s Wichita Region. Wichita saw 16 teams competing in a span of 7 days with $1,000,000 at stake later down the line. Duties included: setting up and taking down event equipment, making sure the referees and teams are aware of rules and answer any question they may have during the games, organizing ref jerseys, ensuring refs sign W-9 form and pay refs after their games worked, manage teams and benches during TV timeouts.
