Keith is one of the most knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated individuals that I have has the pleasure to work with. I’ve worked with Keith over the last 4 years, helping him to delivery a number of digital transformation modules while working with Transdev Dublin Light Rail, the operators of the Luas. I have to say that only for Keith’s understanding of the rail business, his commitment to getting a project over the line and his genuine passion to make improvements, to modernise, we would not have made such progress. Working with Keith has also been professional, he has been a pleasure to work with and works well with everyone in the team at Transit9. I have worked with Keith on several projects over the last few years with LUAS and UK Tram. The most significant of these was the introduction of one of our driver training simulators to support the opening of LUAS cross city extension. This project relied heavily upon Keith and his teams knowledge, experience, hard work and flexibility. it is critical for us to have accurate information readily available to ensure accurate recreation of the driving task and environment. This projects success in achieving both the desired opening date and required level of training, and acceptance by driving staff of a new innovative training method would have been so much more difficult, if at all possible without Keith's input. i have always found Keith to be hard working, enthusiastic, flexible and professional and enjoy working with him on any project. I would recommend Keith to any individual or organisation looking for a reliable and committed team member particularly within the public transport family.
