I had the pleasure of working alongside two different teams at ClickUp! First as a Product Coach and then we were both promoted to help found the Customer Success Engineering team. I admire and envy Keith’s ability to essentially teach himself how to use highly technical tools and become a product expert in what feels like a matter of minutes. He has a unique ability to be both relaxed and confident at the same time when working directly with customers. To me, that’s something that any customer facing employee should strive to achieve.
