  During this period, I performed routine maintenance, faulting and installation duties on a wide range of S&T equipment within C.R.T. at the Crewe site. I also took responsibility for the maintenance and updating of calibration records for test equipment located within the college. Other responsibilities included stores management and ordering of consumables. Within this position I was able to perform higher grade duties to lead and deliver training events. I have, on various occasions, been involved as a team leader in charge of small groups, and taking responsibilities in planning timing and costing of equipment installations for forth coming training events. For a period of approximately 12 months, I took up semi-permanent higher grade duties to cover as an Instructors Assistant.
